FileTek offers a comprehensive customer-education program run by professional trainers who are experts not only in FileTek products and solutions but also in the areas of data, storage, and records management. Our training staff uses innovative delivery methods and keeps classes interactive and hands-on to stimulate student interest and participation. Training materials consist of indepth manuals and summarized presentation handouts that provide additional information and a clear recap of each subject area.

Our class sylabus contains standard introductory, concepts, and administration courses as well as unique seminars tailored to individual customer specifications. Typically, end-users do not require any training because there is no change in the way they interact with existing applications.

FileTek conducts training classes at its corporate training center in Rockville, MD, and at customer locations as required.
