FileTek Signs Partner Agreement with Business Information Solutions - Partnership to Address SAP BI Historical Data Needs

Rockville, MD (June 24, 2002) - FileTek, Inc., a data storage and access management systems provider, today announced that it has signed a Consulting Partner Agreement with Business Information Solutions, LLC (BIS), a leading service provider that specializes in deploying SAP Business Intelligence (BI) systems. BIS was recently a featured speaker at the 2002 American SAP Users Group (ASUG) Annual Conference.

Under the agreement, BIS will provide FileTek with business development support and SAP BI consulting services where FileTek's StorHouse® data management software is implemented. BIS will also furnish sales leads and introductions to its current and future SAP customers. FileTek will consult with BIS on customer requirements for historical data archiving and access using StorHouse. FileTek announced in February 2002 that it had signed a Technology and Content Partner Agreement with SAP AG.
