Mark Croson
Vice President of Global Customer Support
As Vice President of Global Customer Support, Mr. Croson’s primary responsibilities include day-to-day operation of the FileTek Global Customer Support organization and ensuring that FileTek customers receive superior technical support and customer service.
He has over 30 years’ experience supporting and managing high-end data processing systems. He joined FileTek in 1996 as Customer Support Field Operations Manager and was promoted to Director of Customer Support in 2001.
Mr. Croson was promoted to Vice President of Customer Support in 2008. Mr. Croson has extensive experience in large system support, data center operations, business management, and customer service.
He has held technical and management positions at Storage Technology Corporation, Citicorp, Memorex Telex Corporation, Federal Systems Group, and Bell Atlantic Business Systems Services. Mr. Croson holds a technology degree from Control Data Institute.
