Philip A. Pascarelli,
President. Phil Pascarelli was appointed President of FileTek in March 2007. His responsibilities include general management of the company and oversight of FileTek's direct and channel sales efforts. In addition, Mr. Pascarelli is in charge of formulating new corporate initiatives through the development of strategic partnerships, targeted acquisitions, and assessing new business opportunities. Phil also serves as President of Clearview Software, an Enterprise Content Management solutions provider.

Prior to this, Mr. Pascarelli served as CEO and President of Breece Hill and its predecessor, Maxoptix Corporation. Within 12 months, he was able to: restructure the company, revamp its entire product line, develop new sales channels, and successfully launch its revolutionary D2D2T product. Breece Hill became the first company to bring to market a fully integrated, disk-to-disk-to-tape solution on a server bundled with data management software, disk storage, and tape automation in a 4u form factor.

While at Maxoptix, Mr. Pascarelli worked on restructuring the company and was successful in developing new channel partners, including Tier One OEM suppliers and vendors such as GE Access and other distribution partners.

Mr. Pascarelli has also served as a Board Member for TREEV and was instrumental in the successful negotiations of the purchase of the company from its parent, Ceyoniq.
